Kelly Kramarck brings over 15 years of experience helping businesses compete in an ever-changing, complex global economy. Kelly’s past experience have positioned her to offer thoughtful guidance and direction to her clientele. She believes in a personal and customized approach that emphasizes direct involvement in all aspects of a retirement plan. Upon retirement, her focus shifts to a personalized distribution plan by helping you transition your retirement savings into a retirement "paycheck." Kelly has worked with a variety of plan types and sizes throughout the Delaware Valley and Eastern shore.  She is fully licensed to be able to offer full service financial planning with her Series 6, 7, & 63 securities licenses as well as Life, Health, & Disability insurance licenses and is an Investment Advisor Representative.

 

Kelly completed the Certificate in Financial Planning curriculum through the Lerner College of Business and Economics, University of Delaware, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Kelly is a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals (FSP) and Women in Insurance. She is a 1996 University of Delaware graduate, where she is active in the alumni association and is an advisor to her sorority. She is vice president of the Brader Elementary PTA.  When not helping companies and individuals structure retirement plans, she enjoys entertaining, sports, and outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, and playing golf. Kelly lives in Newark, Delaware with her husband Steve and their two children, Quinton and Jillian

 

 

 

John Still brings over 35 years of successful insurance, retirement and financial planning experiences to individuals, families, and business.  He specializes in employee benefits for small and large business. John is well known and respected not only in the insurance field but for his civic involvement which is broad and extensive. He is a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) and past President of Capital City Rotary, Life member of Smyrna Fire Dept., Past President of Kent Life Underwriters, Honorary  Kent County Chair of 1997 DE Hospice and much more. He is currently on the Board of Directors and Vice Chair of Military Affairs committee of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce (CDCC).

 

Additionally, his successful experience includes serving 20 years in the Delaware State Senate where he served in leadership and he served on virtually every committee in the legislature until November 2008 when he retired from public service.  John was also the very first Delawarean to earn the coveted “Registered Health Underwriter” (RHU) designation in June 1980.  He also recently completed the ‘Certificate in Financial Planning Certificate’ offered through the University of Delaware, Lerner College of Business and Economics. 

 

John’s broad and diverse experience makes him a highly regarded financial professional to many small businesspersons, professionals, and individuals.  John graduated from both Wesley College (72’) and University of Delaware (74’) and became securities licensed in Jan. 1981. He has also taught LUTCF courses and conducted employee benefits seminars throughout his career.
